The Pink City of Rajasthan

          Munmun Jhalani, 273

You're in for a big treat if you're travelling to Jaipur to start your Rajasthan experience because this is where your trip into India will really get started! Although being known as the "pink city," it isn't actually pink. Rajasthan's capital, Jaipur, is a lively city that is divided between the ancient and the new. Although the modern side offers certain 21st-century luxuries like retail malls, restaurants, and clubs, etc., the old side unquestionably has more culture. The best place to stay in Jaipur, there are countless affordable solutions available . Personally, I like the little boutique Havelis (ancient Rajasthani inns) since I think it lifts the adventure factor of my travels. In Jaipur, I stayed at Umaid Bhawan. There is no better place to get to p-notch luxury than the Rambagh Palace.

Best place to visit in Jaipur is travel to the Amer Fort, you'll need to use a taxi, tuk-tuk, or other local transportation. To avoid the heat and crowds, I suggest coming here first thing in the morning. The most stunning fort in Rajasthan features a fascinating history of former Maharajas as well as regal residences. Because the Nahargarh Fort is so tall, you can also get some amazing views of Jaipur and its surroundings. The Jaipur City Palace is a fairly simple structure. Despite being less extravagant than the one in Udaipur, it nevertheless boasts some gorgeous architectural details. The main, instantly recognisable feature is the line of royal archway doors in the middle. The door might attract people's interest in images because it is displayed on the cover of Lonely Planet's Rajasthan tour. They have a nice café where you can get some amazing melt-in-your-mouth chocolate muffins during the height of the puppet season. There are two sections to this place.

Next Hanuman Mandir or Galta ji Temple are places to go. There are two sections to this place. There is an area where you can interact with monkeys on one side. On the other side is where the bathing area is located. Each has one, males and women. The Hawa mahal, a five-story structure that is the tallest structure ever constructed without a foundation, is the most recognisable palace in Jaipur.
